How do I change my email address or other account information?
You can change your Residential Email™ information at any time! This includes your email address, password, postal address and other personal information. To make changes, just sign into your account and then click on "My Account" on the menu bar. Next click on "Update Information" on the left side of the screen. You will find a screen with fields to update any of your information. If you would like to opt-out of receiving newsletters and email messages, uncheck the box next to: "Yes, I wish to receive my personalized newsletter using the above settings" which appears under the additional information section of your account profile. When you finish updating your account information remember to click Submit. You must verify your new email address before you can be sent a Residential Email™ check.

How do I make sure I´m saving as much as possible?
We make it easy. Of course you have to Sign Up if you haven't already joined. Then just come to Residential Email™. You can look for Stores or Deals by using our search box, you can browse the Category you are looking for, or view All Stores. Click on the store, and you'll be getting Cash Back automatically.

Where does my Cash Back go?
When you complete an offer through Residential Email™ Cash Back Shopping sections, your account will be credited within 45 days, but usually much sooner! At the end of each Quarter, we check your account to see how much money you have accumulated. If you have over $20 in your account at the end of the month, you have verified your email address and submitted the Redemption Request Form, your check will be mailed by the 20th of the following month. If you haven't yet earned $20, we roll the credit over to the next month until you reach $20 in credit.
A check will be sent based on the selection that is active on the date that our quarter ends.

Do all purchases I make at any Residential Email™ merchant
get credited by Residential Email™?

Yes, if you start at Residential Email™ every time you shop there. If you do not click through Residential Email™ prior to entering the merchant site, you will not be credited with Cash Back. (There are also some products that do not qualify for Cash Back - see below.) If you click through Residential Email™ and make a purchase, then surf elsewhere on the Web and return to that store and make a second purchase, your second purchase will not earn Cash Back. (You must click through Residential Email™ every time you shop at a merchant site.) If you use multiple windows on your browser, the window in which you shop at the merchant must have been originated at the Residential Email™ Web site.

Can I use special offers and coupons and still earn Residential Email™ Cash Back?
We work with our merchants to provide you with specials and coupons that you can combine with the Residential Email™ Cash Back for maximum savings. We try very hard to provide you with an extensive list of merchant specials and coupons. Please refer to the specials page or the store search for these offers. If you choose to use coupons and specials that are not listed on the Residential Email™ site, we cannot guarantee that you will be eligible to receive an Residential Email™ Cash Back on your purchases.

Furthermore, please be advised that coupons and special offers listed on the Residential Email™ site are subject to change. Restrictions may apply. Residential Email™ tries to present the most accurate offers but cannot make guarantees due to the time-sensitive nature of these promotions.

How can I access my account?
If you click on "My Account" in the top navigation bar or "View my account summary," you may view your account summary.

How can I update my account information?
Click on "My Account" in the top navigation bar or "View my account summary." Then click on the "different address" hyperlink in the first sentence. This page will allow you to view your current profile and make any necessary changes to your name, address, e-mail address, and where we send your check.

How do I search for a store or product?
Find the "Store" search tab below the top navigation bar. Type the name of the store you´re looking for, and click the "search" button. Alternatively, to search for a particular product - in the Search box select the product option. Select the category you wish to search. Type the name of the product you wish to search and click the "search" button.

Can I use Residential Email™ if I live outside the U.S. and Canada?
No, Residential Email™ is available only to US residents.

What if Residential Email™ doesn´t offer the store I want?
We are working daily to ensure our member base will enjoy a variety of goods and services from quality merchants. If we do not have your favorite store, or if you would like to recommend a store to us, Please contact us via the support contact form. We will do everything possible to add your merchant.

What if I want to return or cancel an order?
Returns are subject to the return policy of the merchant from whom you purchased. If you return or cancel an item, we have to reverse any Cash Back earned from that sale.

Returns (also deemed as exchanges) make Cash Back ineligible. In the process of an exchange, the merchant cancels the old order and replaces it with a new one. When doing this, the Residential Email™ commission gets reversed and a new commission is not established because the merchant has created the new order (thus meaning the order was not completed through Residential Email™ - but placed through the merchant directly). Because of this, the merchant will not pay us the commission, which means we have no Cash Back to pass on to you.

How do I pay for my Residential Email™ account?
You will be responsible for the low monthly fee of only $14.95 that will be billed on your local telephone bill on the ESBI bill page as charges on behalf of "Residential Email™". Your account can be canceled anytime you wish (see above) and will not be charged if you decide to cancel within the first 72 hours after activating your account. However, if you do not cancel your account within 72 hours from the date/time displayed on your activation email, you will only be responsible for the $14.95 monthly fee mentioned above.

Always. When you check out at any of our merchants, you are on the safest possible connection, a Secure Socket Layer (SSL).

What are "cookies" and how do I enable them?
Cookies are simply text files that allow a site to recognize you when you return. This means you don´t have to log-in again and again. Cookies used by Residential Email™ and our network of merchants are completely safe and they are enabled by default with most browsers.
