In order to provide Residential Email services to you, Residential Email is required to provide you with certain disclosures. So that we may deliver these disclosures to you electronically, please read the following information carefully.

This Authorization & Consent is provided to you in accordance with the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act, 15 U.S.C. § 7001 et seq. In this Authorization & Consent, the words "you" and "your" mean each individual who electronically signs up for and/or who accesses or uses Residential Email services. The words "we" and "our" mean Residential Email.

By signing up for Residential Email services, you agree to the following terms and conditions related to our provision of Residential Email services to you:

1. Consent to Receive Disclosures Electronically. By signing up for Residential Email's services, you are consenting, on an initial and ongoing basis, to receive Residential Email's Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy ("Disclosures") related to our services in electronic format. To obtain a paper copy of the Disclosures, you may write to us at Residential Email , 701 North Green Valley Parkway, Suite # 200, Henderson, NV 89074 with the details of your request. You understand that if you request paper copies, they will be provided to you at no charge.
   
2. Scope of Consent. You understand that giving your consent to receive Disclosures electronically constitutes your continuing consent to receive any and all disclosures related to our services in electronic format unless and until such time that you revoke your consent to receive such disclosures in electronic format by the procedure described below.
   
3. Withdrawing Consent. You understand and agree that you may withdraw your consent to receive Disclosures electronically at any time by notifying Residential Email in writing. You understand that withdrawal of your consent shall become effective within a reasonable amount of time thereafter when we have had the opportunity to act on your instruction.
   
4. Hardware/Software Requirements. Your computer system must meet the minimum system requirements to receive and view the Disclosures, which are as follows: ability to view HTML documents. In the alternative, you must have and maintain the ability to electronically save and visually display the Disclosures on your computer screen; and
   
5. Change of E-mail Address. You must promptly notify us of any change in your e-mail or postal address in writing, by mail.
